It was a nice respite from the heat and to have some adventure in the evening. We’re total night owls and having something for all of us was a treat! Thank you, Linda. Makes me happy that you like my B&W pjhotos. 🙂
I do like them – I only used one B&W photo once when I went to a Ford Model A event so used a B&W filter. Last week I used a sepia filter to make the photo look old. We have a concert in the park near my house every Thursday night all Summer. I can hear it from here, even with the windows closed. This is the calm between the storms … one severe storm earlier, one to go (less severe they say and another one Friday). Give me Fall please!
I think I do remember the Ford Model A event! Is it the one where you were a baby and holding your special doll?
Sepia filter is great for changing the ambiance of a photo. I think it’s nice to hear the concert in your house every Thursday for summer. Hope the music is not too crazy but a pleasant listen.

Esther, I was replying to your comment, the lights started flickering, so I ran and shut off the A/C. My internet went out … I think they are doing repairs but I don’t want the A/C to be on … so left it off, hot already in here. Not enough to trip the digital clocks and radio so hopefully not some electrical issue. Anyway, no that was a different post about the classic cruise with the cars and my doll (you have a good memory). This was an event I went to to celebrate the anniversary of the Model-A and all the owners were very nice. I found the post and will send it separately to see how I did the B&W – two pics actually. You don’t have to read the post – it is long and picture-laden.
