Glad to know the folks there remember you two! π
So sorry for your agony. Hope they can find an answer for her soon.
thinking of you.
Praying praying for a safe and expedient visit.
Thank you, Ju-Lyn!!
Hugs to you and Ellis – I hope you are home soon.
Warm hugs received!! Thank you, Linda. π
That’s certainly a two-edged sword. It’s good that they remember you, but so sad that you’ve had to be there so often and so long that they do remember you. It’s a shame for this to happen before Christmas. I’ll pray that all goes very well, and that perhaps you even can be home before Christmas Day.
You are so right! It was a double-edged sword. She was born at this hospital and have done most of her surgeries here except last summer for her valve surgery, so there are a lot of familiar faces and comfort at the familiarity of the facility.
It’s a different place here…the outside world fades and you become immersed in the world of your hospital room.
Here’s to a short stay this time!
5 days this time, instead of 8. I say that’s progress! But I really wish we didn’t have another stay so soon after the last admission.
Let’s hope the most recent hospital stay will be the last!
I hope so, in terms of emergencies like these!
Next Thursday she has another overnight stay, but that’s for her g-tube surgery. We know what to expect so that one is better and controlled.
Here’s hoping her surgery goes well!
