My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

A wonderful journaling and photograph of that time period! Did you go to see this in an art museum?

It was a wonderful exhibit! Yes, we went to see his work about 2 years ago at DeYoung Museum.

Thank you! He was a great photographer and I wish we could’ve visited the exhibit again, but we went at the closing week.

I can’t remember ever seeing a photo of the gap in the hills before the bridge. Very cool!

Me too! I’ve always seen the bridge there, so it didn’t even cross my mind of what it would like it without it.

I’ve never seen that before. Amazing!

It was a great exhibit that we enjoyed! I was determined to take the kids and I think we made it on the last week. The trip to the city was not pleasant though…

Glad you made it there and back again safely!

Thank you! It was a specific entry time, so I thought they would be sticklers about it. Rain and traffic are not a fun mix.

Oof specific entry times totally stress me out too!

Those are some wild-looking clouds in the sky. I have heard of this famous photographer Ansel Adams, but never saw any of his work. Thank you for sharing.

His work was in an exhibit here in SF 2 years ago, and I had to go see the works. It was awful driving to the city on that day with the rain But it was worth it.
